Tara’s Journey

Tara Alder is a Holistic Health Boss Babe who empowers women to take control of their mental, physical, and financial well-being so they can take charge of their lives. She started her life with trauma and gut health issues and used her challenges as fuel to propel her into the healing artist that she is today.

Today, Tara teaches others how to create amazing health and thrive in business. She is a brand partner with Purium, a wellness advocate for doTERRA, an author of The Divine Way to Combine, a self-care & self-love mentor, an internal cleansing specialist, multi-organ detox & regeneration health superhero, the formulator of the Seasonal Cleanse & the Daily Cleanse, and a school instructor with the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy since 2000. Additionally, Tara loves inspirational speaking and began the “Women Sharing Wisdom” interview series, which advocates for and shares stories of strength from women.

Tara is an inspiration to those who seek to live their best lives as the best version of their authentic selves. As a mom raising two sons with no financial support, Tara rose above all obstacles to take charge of her mental, physical, and financial well-being to become a 6 figure earner. Now, she helps others cultivate health in all aspects of living so that they can live their best lives and enjoy a thriving business.

Giving Back

Tara serves as a fundraiser for Grrrlz Rock since 2010 and has been on the stewardship board of MEPAA since 2015.

Tara offers this community service to protect the vision, integrity, and continuity of MEPAA and Grrrlz Rock as our local nonprofit, bringing music lessons, instruments, and performing art opportunities to all in our community regardless of financial resources and abilities.

Music Education & Performing Artists Association (MEPAA) fosters youth and adults in much-needed ways.

“I chose this path as my way to give back to our community because when we sing, play instruments, perform, and create, our lives are full of personal growth with community support. As we fill our hearts and schedules with these growth opportunities, we are less likely to get involved in the violence, drugs, and paths that harm families and ways of life that we have come to appreciate here in our Emerald city and wherever we go.”
