Payment Policy

Please note all payment is due at the time of service. I do not accept advanced payments more than 24 hours prior to the appointment. No refunds for services or products.

Rates:

Initial visit (generally 90 minutes) includes a consultation and first colonic: $222.
Subsequent visits are typically $222 for 1 hour up to 1.5 hours.

*Please Note: Rates increase with additional time at the Alder Brooke facility.*

Rates at Alder Brooke Healing Arts (same rates apply for additional time):
$188 for 45 minutes up to 1 hour.

$222 for over 1 hour up to 1.5 hours.

$375 for 1.5 hours up to 2 hours.

$333 for all same day services (not scheduled in advance)

$444 for weekends, all national holidays, and all after hour appointments.

All new guest appointments fall under the $222 rate, even if you would rather be quick or have had prior colon hydrotherapy elsewhere.
*Note: Session charge will increase if additional time is required.

After-Hour Appointments:
All after-hour colon hydrotherapy appointments are $444. After-hour appointments include any appointment that arrives before 10 AM, ends after 4 PM, or is scheduled on a weekend or national holiday.

Same-Day Service:
Rates are $333 for any Colon Hydrotherapy appointment that has same-day service. On occasion, contacting me via TEXT message 541-513-7894 may enable same-day service. There is no option for scheduling same-day appointments online.

Tips:
Gratuity/tips are welcome, appropriate, and appreciated.

Consultations:
In-person consultations are $88 for up to half an hour, and $188 for 45 minutes up to 1 hour.
Phone/Zoom conversations cost $194 per hour. (In-person communication preferred)

Payment Types:
Cash and checks are preferred. We also accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Venmo.

Delay:
Promptness is expected and appreciated. If you expect a delay, I expect you to notify me via text 541-513-7894. Understand that in the event of a delay, a shortened appointment time may be necessary, in which case the full-service fee is still expected. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early or 5 minutes late. Thank you for honoring both of us by honoring our scheduled time!

Canceling or Rescheduling:
I request 72~48 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel. Please inform me by noon on Friday if there are any changes to an appointment on Monday. Appointments rescheduled or canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be considered as a missed appointment, and the full fee is still expected.

Insurance:
I do not bill insurance. For clients who wish to bill their insurance provider directly, please request codes and a referral from your doctor or other health care provider. Full fee is expected at the time of service, I can provide a written receipt upon request at the time the appointment is scheduled.
